Volunteer Ambassadors provide passenger assistance and answer questions. Identified by red vests, ambassadors can be found at the information desks and throughout the terminals working side by side with staff. They can help passengers navigate the airport and locate passenger and airport services.

The Ronald McDonald House provides a temporary home-away-from-home where families can stay while their children are receiving treatment for serious illness at Duke University Medical Center.
